This year I retired from my career.  This year I was married to my partner of 20 years.  This year my kids turned 13 and I turned 53.  This year I returned as a part-time adjunct professor at the local community college where I had previously taught.  This year, for the first time, I taught developmental reading and a criminal justice class.  I like teaching.

My old blog before it was deleted by Blogger/Blogspot/Google

Was called Suburban Dyke and its name was suburbandyke.blogspot.com and it has been taken over, I think, by a pornography site.  I had the blog for years and tried over a year ago to get it restored.  However, that did not work out and there seems to be only one guy available to respond to queries regarding lost blogs.  

Luckily, the site web.archive.org. took a picture of my Suburban Dyke blog and here it is: https://web.archive.org/web/20130601113445/http://suburbandyke.blogspot.com/.  Yay for that at least.  I thought my old blog would always be on the internet forever waiting for me and outliving me.  That, however, is not so.
